Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert
Please note that during the Coronavirus Pandemic the practice remains open and continues to offer access to health care but we are delivering services in a slightly different way. These changes are to ensure the ongoing safety of our patients and staff.
The majority of our appointments will initially be telephone consultations. We also encourage you to use our e-Consult system for routine matters [LINK] available from this website (no username or password required).
If necessary, a face to face appointment will be given by the Clinician once they have spoken to you.
If you have a more urgent concern then please call the surgery, but note our telephone system is exceptionally busy.
If you need medical assistance when the surgery is closed and it is urgent but not life threatening, please use NHS 111 online or dial 111.
The Covid-19 vaccine is now being rolled out across Hertfordshire. Those who are most at risk from Covid-19 and the people that provide care to them are being prioritised first. Please do not contact us for your vaccine – wait to be called. In line with national guidance and to protect those who are the most as risk first, the vaccine is initially being offered in the community to people aged over 80. You will be contacted when it’s your turn for a vaccine. Even if you are fit and healthy, you are still at risk of getting Covid-19, being vaccinated can greatly reduce your risk of getting the virus so please do attend your appointment when called.
If you have been booked a face to face appointment please attend wearing a face covering. The practice will confirm your appointment.
If you answer Yes to any of the following questions we ask you to contact the practice to discuss your options before heading to the practice.
