Patients can access GP services three Monday evenings, between 6.30pm and 8.00pm, per month and on the third Saturday, between 8.00am and 5.00pm, each month. Please note that there will be no late night openings on the Monday evening following Saturday extended hours.

It is likely that you will not see/speak to a GP or nurse from this practice at one of these appointments but the Clinician you see will have full access to your records and can complete tasks as if working from our practice. Do ask our reception team when you call if you would like one of these Enhanced Access appointments.
When booking your appointment, you will need to give permission for your medical records to be accessed and updated.

Local practices are working together to provide appointments at a time which is most convenient for you.
Welhat Extended Access Service provides appointments to those who would prefer to be seen for routine GP or nurse appointments later in the evening or at the weekend. These appointments can be booked with the receptionist at your own GP surgery however you may not see your own GP or practice nurse and you would have to travel to Spring House Medical Centre for your appointment. When booking your appointment, you will need to give permission for your medical records to be accessed and updated.
Routine appointments are available:
Monday to Friday: 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am to 4.00pm
Sunday: 8.00am to 12.00pm
